About Us

We’re a small, family-owned cookie processing plant located in Fort Pierce, Florida. Our cookies are made with all-natural ingredients with no refined sugars. We strive to comply with all food safety and quality regulations.

Our History

  • 2008 – Our CEO and founder, Lacey Adams,  develops Perky Cookie at home. Everyone loves it and she starts selling to friends and family.
  • 2009 – Lacey founds Singular Cookies Inc., and rents a commercial kitchen to expand production.
    • That same year, she develops Flirty and Mellow Cookies, with the help of her assistant, Karina Cortés.
    • They expand sales to local stores.
  • 2010 – Lacey hires three more production employees to help make cookies.
  • 2011 – Expansion. The company moves to a bigger industrial space.
    • Roy Cooper, Lacey’s uncle, comes in to supervise production, quality control (QC), and sanitation, while Lacey takes care of sales, legal, and research & development.
    • Karina moves from production worker to supervisor.
    • New hires – maintenance supervisor, warehouse supervisor, secretary, janitors, and more production employees.
    • Leonard Davis joins the team as quality assurance (QA) manager.
    • Cookie recipes are upscaled to be produced at a larger scale.
  • 2013 – Natalie Camacho is hired as a QC lab technician.
    • New product: Bright Cookie
  • 2014 – Cordelia Pérez joins the packaging team.
  • 2016 – Marisa Mendoza joins the packaging team.
    • New Product: Active Cookie
  • 2017 – Lacey signs contract with Whole-Mart, which would allow the company to sell nationwide.
    • One of the requirements is a food safety certification inspection, which is scheduled for July 2018.
    • Leonard quits unexpectedly, and Dwight Johnson is hired as QA manager in October.
    • Expansion plans begin.
  • 2018 –Ian Feliciano joins the maintenance team.
