Puerto Rican Author & Book Coach

I’m a Puerto Rican author and book coach, writing stories about flawed women searching for belonging and love, and helping writers translate their visions into novels with emotional depth and meaning.
My debut novel, One Tough Cookie, explores an unlikable female protagonist who resists falling in love, afraid it’ll change her, until she meets the man who breaks through her defenses. Midwest Book Review called it “a simply riveting, fun and funny read from first page to last.” It received an Honorable Mention for Best Romance at the 2024 International Latino Book Awards.
As a former quality assurance manager in the food industry, I believe in continuous improvement, finding the root causes of problems and coming up with sustainable solutions. That’s why stories about people making mistakes and learning from them resonate with me. This is the same philosophy I bring to my book coaching, where I help writers figure out what works and what doesn’t in their manuscripts without compromising the stories they want to tell.
When not writing or coaching, you can find me adapting to life in Germany, being a mom and wife, singing, reading, watching TV and movies, and visiting new places.
